ITEM CONDITIONS

 

OPEN BOX

An open box unit is an item that has been opened and demoed in the shop . As such, it is in “like new” condition with a full manufacturer warranty with all original accessories and items that are included with a brand new unit.

B-STOCK

B-Stock products could be any of the following: returned within the 30-day period, lightly demoed, or refurbished. These items may display signs of wear to product/packaging and could lack certain accessories, they are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and our 30-day return policy.

USED

Used items are items that are either used trade-in items or items that have been returned that don't meet our B-Stock standards.  They may have rack rash or other minor physical markings and may be missing some of the original accessories or packaging.  

SPECIAL ORDERS

We will do our best to source gear for you worldwide.  Due to the unique nature in the sourcing process and the unicorn abilities of the item, special orders are non-returnable and must be paid in full before the product is shipped.
